Meet Laura - owner of Apricot's Jewels!

 

All jewelry is handmade by myself using quality gemstones, crystals, silver, and gold. I love finding unique, sometimes one of a kind pendants and sliders, to be the focal point of my jewelry. You will find vintage style cameos and a wide variety of unique pieces to catch your eye. My jewelry is strung on 19-21 strand stainless steel wire and my clasps are sterling silver or gold.

 

I started my company about 3.5 years ago and currently work for the Dow Chemical Company as well. Specifically, I work in R&D, performing formulation studies on polyurethane rigid foam as well as maintaining my role as EH&S focal point for our R&D department. Making jewelry is a definite outlet to my corporate laboratory life and has allowed me to make jewelry that I love for myself, friends/family, and customers
